ACTIVITY 7<br />

Remove the Limitation on Commitment of Project-Based Vouchers (PBV) so that PBV<br />

May Be Committed to More Than 25% of the Units in Family Developments without<br />

Required Provision of Supportive Services.<br />

A. Description of MTW Activity:<br />

This activity will be used in conjunction with activity 6, and will allow SAHA to commit<br />

PBV to developments for families in amounts greater than 25% of the unit if this will help<br />

to preserve affordable housing and provide additional low-income opportunities. SAHA<br />
