Mr. Bond: Will have to review the circumstances before can say, will have to be looked at.<br />
2. What is the Average dollar amount for utility assistance allowance?<br />
Gary: There is a calculation method for determining the amount. Does not have those<br />
figures. Currently 1671 families receive checks for utility assistance.<br />
