<strong>Safety</strong> belts must be issued and worn when work<strong>in</strong>g at heights<br />

Shut down and secure <strong>the</strong> power to mach<strong>in</strong>ery while ma<strong>in</strong>tenance work is done (so-called<br />

LOG-OUT of power source) so that nobody can switch on power accidentally while o<strong>the</strong>rs work<br />
