This checklist has been developed for general purposes and not specifically for stone crush<strong>in</strong>g units. It<br />
provides guidance on safety and health issues and to make hazard identification easier. The questions<br />
on chemicals are here because <strong>the</strong>re are not many chemicals used <strong>in</strong> a stone crush<strong>in</strong>g unit. O<strong>the</strong>r<br />
<strong>in</strong>dustries need a more detailed checklist, should <strong>the</strong>y handle chemicals regularly. Answers that do not<br />
comply with <strong>the</strong> preset ones () <strong>in</strong>dicate problem areas, which should receive fur<strong>the</strong>r attention.<br />
