Programming function keys
You can configure freely assignable keys for every telephone user on the
BizIP 410 telephone.
This function is also available in the user area. For a detailed description,
see the Operating Manual.
Administration on the PC
Web > Phone Settings > Phone
There are different interfaces for the telephone and add-on devices
for the BizIP 410 a telephone. The interfaces differ in terms of the
number of function keys.
Configuring the function keys
1. Click Please select your Voice-over-IP (VoIP) Provider. next to the
key number you want to program.
2. Select one of the functions from the Select a function: list.
3. Depending on the selected function, additional parameters must be
entered:
– Selected dialing
Destination number (or name/IP address).
– Forwarding
Type of call forwarding and destination number (or name/IP address).
– Phone lock
Only in the case of lock with forwarding: Destination number (or
name/IP address).
4. Click Apply to save your changes to this key.
5. Repeat Step 1 to 4 as necessary to program additional keys.
6. Click Save changes to apply your changes.
