alcohol - which can do some pretty<br />

weird things to your body, avoidable<br />

by looking into the future and<br />

ignoring the classic ‘heroes of the<br />

night’ stories - concentrate on yourself.<br />

Sun, sweet sounds and dancing to<br />

your hearts content - what more<br />

could you want? Maybe a flirt here<br />

and there, knowing that you can<br />

enjoy this for years to come if you<br />

do it right! Both get more difficult<br />

with more alcohol, which is why<br />

you should recognize your own<br />

limits and watch that you don’t go<br />

This is easy when you mix your<br />

drinks; A beer here, glass of bubbly<br />

there, add a few cigarettes and a<br />

Safe Drinking Tips<br />

• Eat a good solid meal before<br />

you start drinking and a<br />

few nibbles in between. Soup<br />

helps after a really hefty<br />

• Try not to smoke. Nicotine<br />

• Enjoy in moderation and drink<br />

• Driving while under the<br />

influence of anything is not<br />
