Austrian scene.
With Funky
Dragon Vienna label Synergetic first presents
a homemade artist album. The man
behind is Igor Cuculovic who shows how to
produce a progressive psy trance album
within the Austrian charme. He combines
good grooves, fairy chants and sacral elements
with ethnic tribals to create a vivid
and psychedelic scape of mixed human cultures.
Perhaps this is what went lost in the
professionalism of the German scene: the
interest for other people, the tolerance, the

Scandinavian progressive trance: Spiral Trax

Nature«. You can expect funky progressive

Thomas Dubreuil aka Altöm launch a compilation.
They present top tunes of their
French connection from Tikal and
Talamasca to Silicon Sound with Sirius
Isness, spiced up with finest own productions
like »Blue«, »Cobra« and a »Spray«
remix, followed by a storming Wrecked
Machines tune done with Joti and an Israeli
- and a bit too usual for this fine compilation
- finish from X-Noize, an artist collective
from HomMega. With its smooth intros and
waves of bliss this compilation will satisfy
the fans of the delicious sounds in French
full on even more than the partly too strong
Altöm album. Fine summer madness with
that power that moves every tired body

Have a look at title and beautiful cover of
Antaro's new compilation and you'll know
already what's his ambition: a full on package
for the sunny time of the party. It opens
with an interesting and great co-production
by Denmarks Genetic Spin spiced up with
French powerful bass lines and melodic elements
from Silicon Sound. After a finger
practice by the Ibiza allstar team the
Mexican melodic progsters Vazik and Geza
are entering the speeds of full on as Indika
and 4WindsCircle(!). The French league follows
solid and funky as known with Polaris
and Tikal, but you also get some stronger
twist by Australians Mr. Peculiar and - definitive
out of place on this CD - Dark Nebula,
before Antaro himself closes the album with
a funny postcard from Goa. If you're looking
for an internationally mixed up full on
compilation from different scenes and cultural
backgrounds - the wise old man calls
this conecept »Global Psychedelic Trance«
like 151 releases before - you're right here.
Full On für den sonnigen Teil eurer Party,
wenn ihr nach dem sucht, was auf einigen
Compilations schon »Global Psychedelic
Trance« genannt wurde, seid ihr hier richtig.

V.A. (Red Cells) CD
Red Cells Records from France appear with
a very high quality and well selected CD.
Starts smooth with Silicon Sound who prepare
us for a highly recommended journey
persuaded by Chromatone and Artifakt
(!!!) perceptibly faster and more twisted.
Deservedly named Phatmatix squeezes
two times in the line up and these are
pure dancefloor fun, for sure my faves on
this disc. The old French heroes from
Digital Talk also take part, and as usual
they have presented us with another stomper!
Blue Planet Corporation then releases
us to land gently back into reality with a
smooth goodie, and the disc ends like it
started. The whole album is a real treat
which concept fans need to taste. Respect!
Ein beachtliches Debüt für Red Cells
Records aus Frankreich. Das erste Stück
bereitet einen auf eine sehr durchdachte
Reise vor, und man wird ebenso mit einem
schönen Stück wieder auf den Boden der
Tatsachen zurückgeholt. Phatmatix aus
Frankreich liefert wieder einmal die beiden
besten Stücke auf dieser CD ab. Sehr fettes

what to expect
when the icon of
psytrance steps
on the desk once
more to spin
some tunes!
Highly acidic mindtwisters from around
the globe mixed by the one and only real
psytrance freak on this planet. He looks
like, his music sounds like and on this CD
you will feel what it’s about in other territories
than Europe. This is Karmageddon à
la Goa Gil. No words about his mixing
skills, we all know, but nevertheless a
mindboggling trip he socks us on the jaw.
He himself aka The Nommos bonded with
Kindzadza, Matutero, Ocelot or Quasar
make sure this disc will squeeze out what
is left of your mind.
Was man zu erwarten hat, wenn man eine
CD vom Altmeister des Psytrance in den
Player schmeißt, sollte klar sein.
Wirklicher, echter, purer Psytrance, den
man vorwiegend außerhalb Europas zu
hören pflegt, und mit dem Sound verpasst
uns Goa Gil ein tiefenpsychologisches
Erlebnis, das jedem schon mal widerfahren
sein sollte, der das Vergnügen hatte, ihn zu
