8.8.4 Changing hydr. filter
Warning !
Hot hydraulic oil
• Can result in severe injuries.
• The hydraulic system is pressurised. Only work on the hydraulic
system after the hydraulic oil has cooled down
Filter replacement: Every 1000 operating hours, annually or when the filter
control lamp lights up.
Attention !
Verschmutzter Rücklauffilter
• Kann zu Sachschäden an Hydraulikkomponenten führen, da
das Hydrauliköl ungefiltert über das Bypassventil in den Hydrauliktank
fliessen kann.
• Wechseln Sie den Rücklauffilter spätestens nach 1000
Betriebsstunden, einmal jährlich oder wenn die Filterkontrollleuchte
aufleuchtet.
1. Tilt the cab.
2. Clean the area around the filter thoroughly so no dirt gets into the hydraulic
system.
3. Unscrew the screws on the filter cover
4. Lift off the filter cover.
5. Take the filter element and the dirt trap tray together out of the filter
housing.
6. Remove the filter element from the dirt trap tray and dispose of it.
7. Clean the dirt trap tray.
8. Check all O-rings for damages.
9. Mount the filter element into the dirt trap tray.
10. Install the filter element and the dirt trap tray together into the filter
housing.
11. Lubricate the O-ring on the filter cover with a little hydraulic oil.
12. Mount the filter cover.
13. Faster the filter cover with screws.
14. Check level of hydraulic oil.
15. Lower the cab.
