Working with the machine<br />

Level of cooling liquid<br />

Open the rear cover to check the level of the cooling liquid. The cooling liquid<br />

must completely fill the level eye in the cooler. Additionally, the level in<br />

the expansion cylinder is continually monitored <strong>and</strong> displayed on the display.<br />

Warning !<br />

Hot cooling water <strong>and</strong> escaping vapour<br />

• Can result in death or severe injuries.<br />

• The cooling circuit is pressurised when the engine is warm.<br />

Only open the cover of the expansion tank after the machine<br />

has cooled down.<br />

Cleaning the radiator<br />

Clean the radiator periodically to free it from dirt. Regular maintenance is especially<br />

essential when working in extremely dusty environments<br />

<strong>and</strong> damp weather. Clean the radiator daily if required.<br />

Attention !<br />

Cleaning with high-pressure devices<br />

• Can result in damage to property.<br />

• When using high-pressure cleaning devices, make sure that<br />

the radiator is not damaged by excessive water pressure.<br />

Make sure that the cooling fins are not bent or damaged.<br />

Open the rear cover to check the clean the radiator. Fold open the air-conditioner<br />

cooler <strong>and</strong> leave it open. Clean the cooler with compressed air (max.<br />

7 bar).<br />
