which is unique in Poland, bringing together
young academics and culture practitioners
(under 35). The primary aim of the conference
is to build dialogue between cultural
funding
The project is funded by the Polish Minister
of Culture and National Heritage under the
Cultural Education programme and by the
Local Government of Lower Silesia.
The project was carried out under
the auspices of the Polish Minister of Culture
and National Heritage, the Lower Silesia
Marshal, the National Centre for Culture
and its programme Destination: Culture. Our
media partners included tuwroclaw.com,
In the future we want to expand the format of Cultural
Leaders Academy and involve new generations of young
people who would like to work in the culture sector. Our
dream is to build a network of young cultural managers.
If you are a student interested in working in the cultural
field, please contact us. Visit us on Facebook. And one
more thing. ALK has inspired us to undertake other
projects focused on developing cultural sector skills.
challenges
The project also served up some surprises,
but fortunately of the pleasant kind. We
found an error in an evaluation questionnaire
drafted by the Ministry of Culture and National
Heritage and contacted the National
Centre of Culture’s team, which proved very
inspiring. We hope our project makes Poland
even more COOLtural!
