JIM CARR, M.S., CISSP, ISSAP, has more than 25 years
of experience in security and network engineering. He
is a lead security and information assurance engineer at
Lockheed Martin.
SUBHADEEP CHATTERJEE, M.S., has more than eleven
years of experience developing Internet and Intranet
products for Yahoo, as well as a range of industrial
and financial companies. He specializes in information
architecture blueprints, wireframes, user interface
design and toolkit development.
HAIHUI CHEN, M.S.E.E., is a staff applications consultant
for functional verification products and solutions at
Synopsys Inc., where he is responsible for verification
planning, tools and methodologies support.
ALICE CHIANG, Ph.D. in educational psychology, is an
experienced software developer and human factors
engineer for IBM.
MIN “ADAM” CHU, Ph.D., has held technical positions
with Intel and SiBEAM, where he developed analog and
RF ICs. He has authored a number of technical papers
and several book chapters.
STEVE CLARKE, M.B.A., has more than 25 years of
experience in international businesses consulting for
companies entering Asian markets. He is a successful
entrepreneur and founder of China Silk Wines. Mr. Clarke
has taught courses on strategy, ethics, marketing, economics,
organizational behavior, operations management
and brand development. He is a graduate of Northern
Arizona University and Grand Canyon University.
GERALD COMISAR, Ph.D., is a software consultant
specializing in Java and object-oriented product development.
He is a Sun-certified Java programmer with more
than 20 years of experience in the computer industry.
DIANNE CONRY, M.S. in Financial Accounting, CPA,
is a consultant with Kranz & Associates and has more
than 20 years of accounting experience both in public
accounting and in private industry. She is an experienced
instructor, who has taught financial accounting at
several area colleges.

CHARLES DANCAK, M.S.E.E., is an independent consultant
with 25 years of experience in the semiconductor
and EDA industries. He has extensive teaching experience
with VHDL, Verilog, logic synthesis and simulation of
ASICS and FPGAs, DFT/ATPG.
KETAN DAVE, M.S., M.B.A., PgMP, Certified Six Sigma
Black Belt, has more than 12 years of experience working
with high-tech industry leaders, such as Intel, SAP, and
HP. Mr. Dave specializes in global program and portfolio
management in supply chain development, ERP (SAP R/3),
enterprise information systems, new product introductions,
emerging technologies, and Lean Six Sigma projects.
MARILYN DAVIS, Ph.D., is a senior developer at
Deliberate.com. She has extensive experience in scientific,
statistical, operations research, test-development and
groupware applications, working in Python, C and C++.
RICHARD DAYTON, J.D., is an estate planning counsel
and distinguished member of the WealthCounsel
National Study Group, the Probate and Trusts Sections
of the California and American Bar Associations
and National Association of Retirement and Wealth
Preservation Advisors.
ROLAND DITAN, B.S.B.A., CPA, is an international and
government accountant, and an expert in auditing of
private firms, planning, and budgeting. He has worked
for the city and county of San Francisco and the state
of California.

REBECCA EAGLESON, M.A. TESOL, has over 10 years
of experience as a teacher in both the public and private
sectors. She has experience teaching grade levels from
kindergarten through post-graduate. Her expertise lies
in coaching ESL and generation 1.5 students in public
speaking and academic and business writing. She has
also spent three years as an ESL instructor in South Korea.
RAMIN ELAHI, M.S.E.E., is a senior lecturer and developer
at Hitachi Data System Academy. He previously
worked for 14 years at Hewlett-Packard, developing and
delivering storage and network curricula. His areas of
expertise include network data storage, Unix networking,
and mission critical products. He has also held a
variety of positions at Novell and SCO.
MICHAEL ELASHOFF, Ph.D., Biostatistics from Harvard
University, is the senior director of biostatistics at
CardioDx, a molecular diagnostics company focused on
cardiovascular disease. Previously, he was director of
biostatistics at Gene Logic, and was a statistical reviewer
and team leader in the Center for Drug Evaluation and
Research at the FDA.
MICHAEL ELLARD is a mobile software developer who
has developed software for a variety of Fortune 500 clients.
He has developed iOS applications with streaming
audio, background audio, location-aware mapping, and
client/server interaction. He has successfully submitted
sixteen apps to Apple’s App Store and received an
iOSDevCamp award for an open-source library.
JON ELLIOTT, M.P.P., J.D., has more than 30 years of
professional EH&S compliance and policy experience.
Mr. Elliott is the founder and president of Touchstone
Environmental, Inc., where he provides compliance,
educational and management services.
YACOUB EL-ZIQ, Ph.D., is an electronic design and
automation entrepreneur with 15 years of experience
in the field. He co-founded the startup companies XCAT,
Vertex, Compass, and Matrixview. Mr. El-ziq has also
worked in R&D engineering and management positions
at Honeywell, Toshiba, VLSI Technologies and Synopsys.
He teaches graduate courses and regularly publishes
research work in this field.
EDISON FONG, Ph.D., is a Principal Engineer at National
Semiconductor. He has 25 years experience in analog
design for communications, data conversion and RF
systems. Dr. Fong has nine issued patents and has
published more than 30 papers. He is a senior member
of the IEEE.

LAURA GARDNER, M.S., M.N.S., CCDM, has more than
19 years experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech
industry. She was director of Clinical Data Management
at Chiron, where she built and directed a Clinical Data
Management group.
SUDHI GAUTAM, M.B.B.S, D.L.O., Ph.D., has more than
15 years of experience both in the clinical and engineering
aspects of biomedical devices.
Oliver Gildersleeve, PMP ® , MCTS, is a Lead
Planner for Dynamics Research Corp, working remotely
on a contract with the Department of Veterans Affairs.
He was VP Project Governance for EPM Solutions and
taught Microsoft Project and Project Server for Project
Managers at companies across the U.S. and at monthly
public classes in the Bay Area. He is co-founder and
past president of Microsoft Project Users Group’s
Silicon Valley chapter.
WILMA GOLD, M.S.W., is a college instructor with 30
years experience in center direction and as a regional
manager for an international child care company. As
a center director she developed and operated a parent
co-op program in Santa Cruz, CA, and in later years
developed and opened a 135 child program for VTA
in San José.
JUAN GOMEZ, Ph.D., is a senior staff engineer at Juniper
Networks. He is also a part-time faculty at San José State
and was a lecturer at UCSC. He has a strong background
in the fields of distributed systems, computer networking,
computer security, self-healing/self-monitoring
systems, software lifecycle, and storage systems. He has
experience in the design and development of several
popular products at IBM and Juniper.
Dr. Gomez holds seven U.S. patents in the field of
distributed computing and storage systems.
ARLENE GOTSHALK, M.A., SPHR, has over fifteen years
of experience education and training as a teacher and
administrator. She has a Masters of Education and
has taught numerous courses in how students learn
including theories of cognition and motivation and their
application. She has been engaged in online learning
and training for the past five years.
ANDREAS GUENTHER, B.S., is a senior software consultant.
He has over 15 years of experience in professional
object-oriented software design and implementation. His
development background covers many different domains
of software primarily using Java and C++.
KIRAN GULATI, M.B.A., RAB-LA, is a management
consultant with more than 15 years of experience in
the area of quality systems and process improvement
in the medical device and biotech sectors.

TANWEER HAROON, M.S., has been a software developer,
consultant and course instructor for over 15 years.
He has extensive experience teaching C, C++, Visual
Basic, Visual Studio .NET, C#, Java, XML, and the Adobe
suite of tools, both in the classroom and online. He is
also familiar with database and Unix administration.
CRAIG HARRISON, B.A., is a professional speaker,
consultant, and founder of Expressions of Excellence.
He has conducted training for Fortune 500 companies.
Craig is a past president of the National Speakers
Association, Northern California chapter, and has served
on the boards of the American Society for Training and
Development and the International Customer Service
Association.
MARY HENRIQUES, M.B.A., SPHR, has worked in manufacturing
and environmental health and safety for over 25
years. She holds a bachelors degree from UC Davis and
