2. Three framework agreements valued in total at 1.178 billion Euros with China Mobile,<br />

China Telecom and China Unicom to provide wireless networking solutions, xPON and<br />

DSL access platforms, transmission equipment, IP routers, IP Multimedia Subsystem<br />

(IMS) platforms, applications and professional services.<br />
