School <strong>and</strong> Summer Programs for <strong>Child</strong>ren.<br />

• Health <strong>Services</strong> – Nutrition Classes <strong>and</strong> Health Education.<br />

• Information <strong>and</strong> Referral <strong>Services</strong> – Referrals to Outside Agencies, Community Awareness Campaigns <strong>and</strong> Resource<br />

Libraries.<br />

• Life Skills/Development Training – Budget/Financial Counseling, GED Classes, Life Skills Group, Employment<br />

Training, Literacy Training, Pre-Adoptive Counseling, Training Workshops for Foster <strong>and</strong> Adoptive Parents, Parenting<br />

Training, Translation <strong>Services</strong>, English as Second Language (ESL) Classes, Job Search/Placement Assistance <strong>and</strong><br />

Parenting Classes/Training.<br />

• Support <strong>Services</strong> – Assessment <strong>Services</strong>, Crisis Intervention, Home Visits, Case Management, Domestic Violence<br />

<strong>Services</strong>, Individual Counseling, Support Groups, Client Advocacy, <strong>Family</strong> Counseling, Relative Searches <strong>and</strong><br />

Therapy.<br />

• Basic Needs <strong>Services</strong> – Transportation Assistance, Clothing, Housing, Food, Rental Assistance <strong>and</strong> other Basic<br />

Needs that include the following:<br />

• <strong>Services</strong> to minority families such as ESL classes <strong>and</strong> translation services;<br />

• Home- <strong>and</strong> center-based assessment, counseling/treatment services for families with children at risk <strong>of</strong> removal<br />

due to family issues including domestic violence, poverty, substance abuse, etc.;<br />
