<strong>Final</strong>ly, Figures 11 <strong>and</strong> 12 report the predicated impacts of the 16 options on poverty <strong>and</strong> on sociallyvulnerability<br />

groups including women, children, people in marginal areas, etc. The options are all judged<br />

to have positive impacts on poverty except for aflatoxin controls for maize, pesticide controls for maize,<br />

mycotoxin testing capacity, pesticide residue testing capacity, <strong>and</strong> animal health controls for fish<br />

exports. The options with the greatest impacts on poverty are aflatoxin controls for groundnuts,<br />

pesticide controls for tea, <strong>and</strong> virus indexing capacity for planting materials. Only one of the capacitybuilding<br />

options, aflatoxin controls for groundnuts, is judged to have significant positive impacts on<br />

vulnerable groups.<br />
