Expand assessment and evaluation efforts.<br />
• Conduct usability testing: The Web team worked<br />
with a class to conduct usability testing for several<br />
SCSU Web sites.<br />
• Address customer service issues as effectively as possible<br />
given significant cuts in student help: The Service<br />
Desk Collaboration Group made recommendations<br />
for ways to improve customer service, most of which<br />
were implemented. Cuts to work study allocations<br />
were devastating in the fall. SCSU employees looked<br />
for solutions and additional allocations were received<br />
from the Financial Aid Office. One solution that<br />
came out of the process was a relationship developed<br />
with Multicultural Student <strong>Services</strong>, which had<br />
student employee funding but needed work sites for<br />
its students. This also helped diversify the LR&<strong>TS</strong><br />
student workforce.<br />
