Qualifications<br />
All appointments shall be made no later than thirty days after the effective date (May 26, 2006). <strong>The</strong><br />
chairperson shall schedule the first meeting to be held no later than sixty days after the effective date. Not<br />
later than December 31, 2007 the board shall make written recommendations to the Judicial Branch and<br />
the General Assembly in accordance with CGS 11-4a . <strong>The</strong> board shall terminate on December 31, 2007.<br />
