accordance with Northern Ireland Guide to
Expenditure Appraisal and Evaluation (NIGEAE).
Ensure procurement is conducted in line with the
relevant DOJ/DFP guidance.
Robust contract management and Service Level
Agreement (SLA) accountability monitoring in place
with service providers.
To have confirmed classification of the three ALB’s.
Classification of Prison Service Trust, Northern
Ireland Prison Service Sports Association (NIPSSA)
and Central Benevolent Fund (CBF) agreed with DFP.
Appropriate funding arrangements put in place.
No overspend - under spend less than 2% of budget.
Monthly monitoring of forecast and actual
expenditure.
