Time Requirements<br />
ECCTA requires a timeline be submitted with the proposer’s technical proposal which<br />
must contain detailed information on how the proposer plans to meet the timeline and<br />
reporting deadline requirements of this RFP.<br />
1. Draft Reports- the following draft reports are due to ECCTA by September 15<br />
of each year:<br />
‣ Single Audit Financial Statements- in written format<br />
‣ Annual Report of Financial Transactions to the State Controller<br />
‣ Regional Measure RM2 compliance<br />
‣ Management Letter<br />
2. Final Reports- the following final reports are due to ECCTA by the date<br />
indicated:<br />
Single Audit Financial Statements- ten (10)<br />
printed copies as well as an electronic file in format<br />
suitable for posting to ECCTA web site<br />
Regional Measure RM2 compliance<br />
Management Letter<br />
Auditor’s portion of Federal Clearinghouse web site<br />
report<br />
