MENU HIGHLIGHTS<br />

The cooking of Chef Chad Stewart has a contemporary edge — rustic, and madefrom-scratch<br />

with inspiration from local and signature ingredients and seasonal<br />

products. Slow cooking, naturally raised foods and local farms are the ingredients<br />

that make the Garlic’s of London dining experience memorable. Everything is<br />

meticulously prepared from scratch ... from handmade pastas and slowly simmered<br />

stock reductions to freshly baked breads and desserts. The menu changes monthly,<br />

combining the seasonal harvests of the London area with sustainable, organic<br />

Ontario and Canadian products. Recommendations include:<br />

• Smoked bacon-wrapped Wild Boar Tenderloin with butternut squash purée,<br />

sautéed Brussel leaves, caramelized onions, and jalapeno bacon relish;<br />

• Cast iron-seared jumbo Wild Scallops, with creamy polenta, wilted spinach,<br />

roasted sweet potato, smokey balsamic onions, and candied bacon;<br />

• Signature Items including: Elk Salami Pizza, Pad Thai, Roasted<br />

Garlic and Onion Bisque, Smoked Garlic Fettuccine, Slegers<br />

Farm’s Organic Greens, Everspring Farm’s Muscovy Duck and<br />
