And for the data of Time to Repair both of them should take Lognormal Distribution into the model. And the value of each parameter for different distribution can get in the Table 3.5 followed. Since station 2 of preassembly line is the main bottleneck of this assembly line and station 8 of main assembly line also is the main bottleneck, the TTF and TTR of the whole assembly line depends on the two bottlenecks. The reliability of statistic analysis and results are not so high. In order to solve the problem and test the analysis results the Triangular Distribution is used at the same time in the assembly line simulation model. After comparing the simulation models with different parameter functions find out the better one. And then use the simulation model with better function in the future discussions. The parameters of Triangular are minimal data, maximum data and the most likely data. The parameters have studied above and values are shown in the Table 3.6 followed. 18
