RPH Management and Development Trust<br />
• The RPH Management and Development Trust will be created by <strong>the</strong> Hungarian state.<br />
• The RPH Management and Development Trust is a legal entity – it is an independently functioning<br />
economic budgetary organization under <strong>the</strong> direction and supervision of <strong>the</strong> Minister of National<br />
Resources.<br />
• The single responsible leader of <strong>the</strong> RPH Management and Development Trust is its director.<br />
• The RPH Management and Development Trust prepares (has someone prepare) <strong>the</strong> site’s<br />
Management Plan for <strong>the</strong> proposal for inscription on <strong>the</strong> World Heritage List.<br />
• The basis for <strong>the</strong> Management Plan prepared by (for) <strong>the</strong> RPH Management and Development<br />
Trust is comprised by <strong>the</strong> valid Hungarian laws.<br />
• The main duty of <strong>the</strong> RPH Management and Development Trust is to promote scholarly research,<br />
archaeological excavations, conservation and <strong>the</strong> formulation and implementation of utilization and<br />
development programs and plans through <strong>the</strong> employment of <strong>the</strong> financial resources at its disposal<br />
from <strong>the</strong> state and grant funds received from Hungary and <strong>the</strong> European Union on <strong>the</strong> basis of <strong>the</strong><br />
schedule set down in <strong>the</strong> Management Plan’s Program for Action.<br />
• The RPH Management and Development Trust performs its duties according to <strong>the</strong> schedule laid<br />
down in <strong>the</strong> Management Plan.<br />
