Operating principle<br />

The main objective is to control a full crane, with key application functions in an<br />

optimized way.<br />

Standard I/Os as Forward, Reverse and End Limit switches, Speed setpoint are<br />

wired directly to drives terminal.<br />

All these I/Os are seen as remote I/Os through CANopen by the controller.<br />

As a back-up, it is possible to use the crane without Controller & Field bus<br />

Additional I/Os as Low limit switches, selection mode, alarms are connected to the<br />

controller.<br />

All setting are done through Altivar 71 keypad.<br />

Programming tool needed only for customization.<br />
