Dr. Tony Baker of St. Philip'sBaptist Church, Port Richmond, an awards ceremony and candlelight service.Guest ministers will present the "Dr. Martin Luther King Legacy Award" to members of their churches whodemonstrate commitment of service both in the church and the community.
