One (1) solid samples was collected on 04-03-2006.
The sample and it's associated QC samples were extracted on 04-23-2006 and analyzed according
to Lionville Laboratory SOPS based on SW846, 3rd Edition procedures on 05-03,07-2006. The
extraction procedure was based on method 3540C and the extracts were analyzed based on method
8081. All soil samples are reported on a dry weight base unless requested by the client, required by
the method or noted otherwise.
The following is a summary of QC results accompanying the sample results. Lionville Laboratory
Inc (LvLI) certifies that all test results meet the requirements of NELAC except as noted below:
Sample Discrepancy Report has been enclosed.
The sample and it's associated QC samples received Copper-Sulfur cleanups according to
Lionville Laboratory SOPS based on SW846 methods 3660A respectively.
4. The method blank was below the reporting limits for all target compounds.
Sample Discrepancy Report (SDR) has been enclosed.
6. The blank spike recoveries were within acceptance criteria.
7. Matrix spike analyses are associated with LvLi lot 0604L748.
