7. Two (2) of twenty (20) blank spike recoveries were outside the accept ance criteria in the
pre-Florisil cleanup fraction. Eleven (11) of twenty (20) blank spike recove ries were
outside the acceptance criteria in the Flo risil cleaned fraction due to the cleanup procedure.
A copy of the Sample Discrep ancy Report (SDR) has been enclosed.

of the S ample Discrep ancy Report (SDR) has been enclosed.
9. All samples required dilution due to the nature of the sample ma trix and high concentration
of non-target analytes. The reporting limits were adjusted to reflect the necessary dilution.
10. The initial calibrations associated with this data set were within acceptance criteria.
11. The continuing calibration st andards analyzed prior to sample extracts were within
acceptance crite ria.
