Leadership is not required to do everything, but they are required to set the direction and lead the organization forward. They should be held accountable in the task of providing appropriate and clear leadership to the management of risk and crisis. Best practice guidelines Research has shown that resilience in cross-­‐cultural workers who have dealt with a crisis has a direct correlation to best practice in mission agencies 22 .
