High level of personal risk due to: increasingly widespread disturbances, acts of terrorism that threaten the collapse of central or regional government, the imminent outbreak of hostilities between the host country and another power, serious threat to the life of foreigners/Christians, religion-­‐based violence, local medical, food and water supplies being very limited, breakdown of law and order communication lines being cut, a Partner being under significant stress for over a long period, a Partner only having minimal local support. 1. All non-­‐essential Partners will be advised to leave. Partners who stay should not move away from the normal location unless approved by the Group Coordinator/Country Team Leader. 2. Partners who stay should make preparations to leave, if needed, within one hour. 3. Partners who leave will do so by pre-­‐arranged routes. They should notify their Group Coordinator/Country Team Leader of their leaving and attempt to inform of their arrival at their destination as soon as possible. 4. Hand over work to a local colleague. 5. Attempts should be made to keep in regular contact with the Group 6. Coordinator/Country Team Leader and International Office. 7. Those staying in the Country will keep in daily contact with each other. 185
