Installation Management Campaign PlanIn concert with <strong>Army</strong>/IMCOM Regulation 350-1, and other career programs, we willrefine our career maps that identify experiences, education, and training for ourworkforce to facilitate their career development and progression, while providing anenvironment that encourages self-development and life-long learning. Simultaneouslywe will institutionalize structured and recurring performance counseling, which ismeshed with Individual Development Plans, thereby documenting performance, trainingand educational progress, while embracing tenants of self, institutional andorganizational development. By leveraging technology, opportunities for collaborationwill lead to innovative solutions to improve services while expanding knowledge andsaving resources.Commanders will protect training dollars, focusing on stewardship of resources bymaximizing centrally-funded (or low-cost) training, coupled with use of developmentaland on-the-job stretch assignments to grow workforce capabilities.Leaders will ensure our workforce is afforded a work environment that promotes equalopportunities for employment, training, achievement, advancement and overall wellbeing.
