Installation Management Campaign PlanPurpose and ScopeThis document describes the vision of the Installation Management Community to bringeffective and efficient services, programs and infrastructure to bear on the challengesfaced by Commanders, Soldiers, Civilians and Families in a fluid operating environment,and my Campaign Plan for achieving that vision. It lays out our strategy, through Linesof Effort and Keys to Success, and metrics by which we will track progress. This planwill be updated semiannually as we make adjustments along the way.MissionOur mission is to provide Soldiers, Civilians and their Families with a quality of lifecommensurate with the quality of their service.VisionArmy installations are the DoD standard for infrastructure quality and are the provider ofconsistent, quality services that are a force multiplier in supported organizations’mission accomplishment, and materially enhance Soldier and Family well-being andreadiness.ValuesThe Army Values are a key element of the Profession of Arms and the Army Ethic.They embody our culture of service to the Nation, and guide our behavior in allsituations.
