Participants discuss what their measures/indicators ofsuccess for each of the objectives will be, i.e. what evidence will there be that theyhave achieved their objective. They should record these on flipchart paper anddisplay them alongside the objectives they were given.OutputList of indicators of success for each objective.Feedback(10 minutes – walkaround display) Participants browse the displays in groups, addingany comments or questions with post-its. These will be returned to at the end of thecourse.3.2 Evening work for last day: Participants draw up a job description for a SBRT.
