For units with UPS batteries,first turn off the unit by pressing the power button. If the unit does notshutdown, place the key switch on the retail keyboard or LCD displayto the "S" position and press the power button again.Powering Up After Replacing a BoardIf you are installing a workstation after replacing a board with a serviceboard, it is recommended that you update the ROM BIOS for the newboard. Otherwise, you may encounter poor display results. Refer to the<strong>7453</strong> Workstation User's Guide for update procedures.Error and Information MessagesWhen the BIOS encounters an error that requires the user to make acorrection, the following occurs:• A beep code sounds or a message is displayed on the screen• The message Press F2 To Enter Setup is displayed.
