This appliance is equipped with an ignition device which automatically lights the burner. Do not try tolight the burner by hand.3. Wait five (5) minutes to clear out any gas. Then smell f<strong>or</strong> gas, including near the flo<strong>or</strong>. If you smell gas,STOP! Follow "B" in the safety inf<strong>or</strong>mation on page 41. If you do not smell gas, go to next step.4. Press the master switch to the "ON" (-) position. Within eight (8) seconds it will beep once. This indicatesthe system is ready.5. Press "ON " button. Sparker will spark and pilot flame will light.6. Once pilot flame is established, the main burner flame will light automatically.7.
