Statistical Returns to be Furnished to the Board1. The Parties shall furnish to the Board for each of their territories, in the manner andform prescribed by the Board, statistical returns on forms supplied by it in respect of thefollowing matters:a) Production or manufacture of drugs for medical and scientific purposes, and otherpurposes;b) Utilisation of drugs for the manufacture of other drugs, of preparations in ScheduleIII and of substances not covered by this Convention, and utilisation of poppy straw forthe manufacture of drugs for medical and scientific purposes, and other purposes;c) Consumption of drugs for medical and scientific purposes, and other purposes;d) Imports and exports of drugs and poppy straw for medical and scientific purposes,and other purposes;e) Seizures of drugs and disposal thereof;f) Stocks of drugs and disposal thereof for medical and scientific purposes, and otherpurposes;g) Ascertainable area of cultivation of the opium poppy.Article 21 – manufacture and import limitsIn Article 21:1. in subparagraph 1(a), for ‘estimate’ substitute ‘estimates’, and delete ‘for medical andscientific purposes2. in subparagraph 1(b), for ‘estimate’ substitute ‘estimates’3. in subparagraph 1(d), for ‘estimate’ substitute ‘estimates’.46
