(Table 7.2c)曾 為 個 人 事 務 使 用 網 上 政 府 服 務 的 人 士7.7 統 計 調 查 結 果 顯 示 有 3 821 500 名 10歲 及 以 上 人 士 在 統 計 前 12 個 月 內 曾 為 個 人 事 務而 使 用 1 項 或 多 項 的 網 上 政 府 服 務 , 佔 全 港 所有 10 歲 及 以 上 人 士 的 60.8%。 他 們 當 中 , 有36.0% 曾 透 過 「 香 港 政 府 一 站 通 」 的 網 站 使 用 網上 政 府 服 務 。 ( 圖 7.1 及 表 7.3)年 齡 / 性 別7.8 在 該 3 821 500 人 中 ,47.2% 年 齡 為 35歲 以 下 , 而 21.7% 年 齡 介 乎 35 - 44 歲 。 年 紀 較輕 的 人 士 曾 使 用 網 上 政 府 服 務 的 比 率 較 高 。 年齡 介 乎 15 - 24 歲 人 士 的 比 率 為 87.4%; 而 年 齡介 乎 25 - 34 歲 人 士 的 比 率 則 為 87.8%。 相 比 之下 , 年 齡 介 乎 55 - 64 歲 的 人 士 與 65 歲 及 以 上人 士 的 相 應 比 率 則 低 很 多 。 ( 表 7.4a)7.9 按 性 別 分 析 , 男 性 曾 為 個 人 事 務 使 用網 上 政 府 服 務 的 比 率 (63.5%) 較 女 性 (58.3%) 為高 。 ( 表 7.4a)教 育 程 度7.10 10 歲 及 以 上 人 士 曾 為 個 人 事 務 使 用 網上 政 府 服 務 的 比 率 在 具 專 上 教 育 程 度 的 人 士 中明 顯 為 高 , 達 88.6%。 具 中 學 教 育 程 度 人 士 的比 率 為 66.6%, 而 具 小 學 及 以 下 教 育 程 度 人 士的 比 率 則 為 17.2%。 ( 表 7.4b)Persons who had used online Governmentservices for personal matters7.7 The survey results showed that some3 821 500 persons aged 10 and over had used oneor more types of online Government services forpersonal matters during the 12 months beforeenumeration, constituting 60.8% of all personsaged 10 and over in Hong Kong.
