1引 言Introduction背 景1.1 因 應 各 政 策 局 與 政 府 部 門 對 各 類 社 會事 項 的 統 計 數 據 的 需 求 增 加 , 政 府 統 計 處 於1999 年 開 始 進 行 一 系 列 的 主 題 性 住 戶 統 計 調查 。 政 府 統 計 處 將 各 政 策 局 及 政 府 部 門 就 搜 集所 需 社 會 事 項 的 統 計 數 據 而 提 議 進 行 的 專 題 訪問 結 集 , 組 成 不 同 的 主 題 性 住 戶 統 計 調 查 , 並外 判 予 私 營 市 場 調 查 公 司 進 行 。1.2 每 一 輪 的 主 題 性 住 戶 統 計 調 查 均 是 獨立 及 涵 蓋 全 港 的 統 計 調 查 , 並 且 委 托 私 營 巿 場調 查 公 司 進 行 。 政 府 統 計 處 在 該 些 統 計 調 查 中擔 任 協 調 及 管 理 的 角 色 , 並 負 責 監 察 承 辦 商 的工 作 , 以 確 保 他 們 的 服 務 素 質 能 夠 符 合 要 求 的標 準 。Background1.1 To meet the growing demand forstatistical data on selected social issues by policybureaux and government departments, the Censusand Statistics Department (C&SD) has beenconducting a series of <strong>Thematic</strong> <strong>Household</strong><strong>Survey</strong> (THS) since 1999. Enquiries forcollecting the required statistical data on socialtopics proposed by individual bureaux /departments are packaged together to formdifferent rounds of THS and contracted out toprivate research firms.1.2 Each round of THS is an independent,territory-wide survey commissioned to a privateresearch firm. C&SD plays a co-ordination andmanagement role in the THS and is responsiblefor monitoring the work of the contractor toensure that the required standards of quality oftheir services are met.本 報 告 書 所 包 括 的 專 題1.3 政 府 統 計 處 在 2012 年 2 月 至 5 月 期間 , 進 行 了 一 項 主 題 性 住 戶 統 計 調 查 , 當 中 搜集 有 關 退 休 計 劃 及 老 年 經 濟 狀 況 的 資 料 。 此外 , 本 處 亦 在 2012 年 6 月 至 8 月 期 間 進 行 另 一項 主 題 性 住 戶 統 計 調 查 , 搜 集 有 關 個 人 電 腦 及互 聯 網 在 住 戶 中 的 普 及 程 度 , 以 及 住 戶 成 員 使用 個 人 電 腦 、 互 聯 網 服 務 、 電 子 商 業 服 務 和 電子 政 府 服 務 的 情 況 及 資 訊 科 技 保 安 的 資 料 。 本報 告 書 列 載 了 一 些 有 關 以 上 統 計 調 查 的 主 要 結果 。1.4 類 似 的 有 關 個 人 電 腦 及 互 聯 網 在 住 戶中 的 普 及 程 度 的 主 題 性 住 戶 統 計 調 查 曾 分 別 於2000 年 1 月 至 3 月 、2001 年 4 月 至 6 月 、2002年 5 月 至 7 月 、2003 年 5 月 至 8 月 、2004 年 6月 至 8 月 、2005 年 5 月 至 8 月 、2006 年 6 月 至8 月 、2007 年 7 月 至 9 月 、2008 年 7 月 至 9 月 、2009 年 6 月 至 8 月 、2010 年 10 月 至 12 月 及 2012年 2 月 至 5 月 期 間 進 行 。 在 2012 年 有 兩 次 經 主題 性 住 戶 統 計 調 查 進 行 的 「 資 訊 科 技 的 使 用 情況 和 普 及 程 度 統 計 調 查 」, 當 中 一 次 在 2012 年 6月 至 8 月 期 間 進 行 並 搜 集 詳 細 資 料 , 而 另 一 次則 在 2012 年 2 月 至 5 月 期 間 進 行 , 搜 集 某 些 基本 資 料 , 當 中 的 主 要 統 計 結 果 經 由 主 題 性 住 戶Topics included in this report1.3 A round of THS was conducted duringFebruary to May 2012 to collect, among others,information on retirement planning and thefinancial situation in old age. Separately,information related to the personal computer (PC)and Internet penetration among households, andalso the utilisation of PC, Internet service,electronic business services and electronicGovernment services among household members,and information on IT security were collected viaanother round of THS conducted during June toAugust 2012. Some major findings of thesesurveys are set out in this report.1.4 Similar enquiries related to the PC andInternet penetration among households wereconducted during January to March 2000, April toJune 2001, May to July 2002, May to August2003, June to August 2004, May to August 2005,June to August 2006, July to September 2007,July to September 2008, June to August 2009,October to December 2010 and February to May2012 in the THS series. Two rounds of surveyon IT Usage and Penetration were conducted viaTHS in 2012.
