電 子 政 府 服 務 的 使 用 情 況Usage of electronic Government services7.22 按 性 別 分 析 , 認 識 此 服 務 的 人 士 中 ,男 性 佔 50.4%, 而 女 性 則 佔 49.6%。 相 對 而 言 ,男 性 認 識 此 類 服 務 的 比 率 (34.5%) 較 女 性(31.5%) 略 高 。 ( 表 7.8a)教 育 程 度7.23 在 該 2 070 000 人 中 ,5.7% 具 小 學 及 以下 教 育 程 度 ,55.8% 具 中 學 教 育 程 度 及 38.5% 具專 上 教 育 程 度 。 具 專 上 教 育 程 度 的 人 士 認 識 「 流動 電 子 政 府 服 務 」 的 比 率 最 高 , 達 51.6%。( 表 7.8b)經 濟 活 動 身 分7.24 按 經 濟 活 動 身 分 分 析 , 認 識 「 流 動 電子 政 府 服 務 」 的 人 士 中 ,72.1% 為 從 事 經 濟 活 動人 士 。 另 外 16.5% 為 學 生 及 7.7% 為 料 理 家 務者 。 認 識 該 服 務 的 比 率 在 學 生 (42.0%) 及 從 事 經濟 活 動 人 士 (41.1%) 中 較 高 。 ( 表 7.8c)7.22 Analysed by sex, 50.4% of the personswho were aware of the MEGS were males and49.6% were females. Relatively speaking, therate of being aware of the MEGS was slightlyhigher for males (34.5%) than their femalecounterpart (31.5%). (Table 7.8a)Educational attainment7.23 Among those 2 070 000 persons, 5.7%had attained primary education and below, 55.8%had attained secondary education and 38.5% hadattained post-secondary education. The rate ofbeing aware of the MEGS was the highest forpersons having attained post-secondary education,at 51.6%. (Table 7.8b)Economic activity status7.24 Analysed by economic activity status,72.1% of the persons who were aware of theMEGS were economically active. Another16.5% were students and 7.7% werehome-makers. The rates of being aware of theMEGS were relatively higher for students (42.0%)and economically active persons (41.1%).(Table 7.8c)沒 有 使 用 「 流 動 電 子 政 府 服 務 」 的 人 士7.25 統 計 調 查 結 果 顯 示 有 724 000 名 認 識「 流 動 電 子 政 府 服 務 」 的 10 歲 及 以 上 人 士 , 在統 計 前 12 個 月 內 沒 有 使 用 「 流 動 電 子 政 府 服務 」, 佔 全 港 所 有 10 歲 及 以 上 人 士 的 11.5% 或佔 所 有 認 識 此 類 服 務 的 人 士 的 35.0%。 ( 表 7.9)7.26 就 該 724 000 名 認 識 「 流 動 電 子 政 府 服務 」 但 在 統 計 前 12 個 月 內 沒 有 使 用 該 服 務 的 人士 而 言 , 大 部 分 (57.8%) 表 示 沒 有 使 用 該 服 務 的主 要 原 因 為 「 沒 有 需 要 」。 另 一 些 較 普 遍 提 及的 原 因 為 「 無 線 電 話 / 個 人 數 碼 助 理 不 能 夠 支援 流 動 電 子 政 府 服 務 」(19.8%) 及 「 缺 乏 相 關 認識 」(15.3%)。 ( 表 7.9)Persons who had not used the MEGS7.25 The survey results showed that some724 000 persons aged 10 and over who was awareof the MEGS but had not used the MEGS duringthe 12 months before enumeration, constituting11.5% of all persons aged 10 and over in HongKong or 35.0% of those persons who were awareof the MEGS. (Table 7.9)7.26 For those 724 000 persons who wereaware of the MEGS but had not used the servicesduring the 12 months before enumeration, themajority (57.8%) of them mentioned “no need” astheir major reason for not using the services.Other commonly cited reasons were “mobilephone / Personal Digital Assistant did not supportMEGS” (19.8%) and “lack of the relevantknowledge” (15.3%).
