For those4 347 000 persons taken together, their averagetime spent in using PC per week was 30.0 hours.(Table 4.5b)4.20 Analysed by age group, persons aged25 - 34 had spent the longest time in using PC perweek on average. Their average time spent inusing PC was 37.7 hours per week. This wasfollowed by persons aged 35 - 44 and those aged15 - 24. The average time spent in using PC perweek was 33.1 hours and 30.1 hours respectivelyfor these two groups of persons. (Table 4.5b)4.21 Analysed by economic activity status,economically active persons had used PC for anaverage of 34.5 hours per week, significantlylonger than the time spent by students andhome-makers. The corresponding figures forstudents and home-makers were 24.0 hours and16.3 hours respectively.
