附 錄 1: 統 計 調 查 方 法Appendix 1 : Survey methodology估 計 的 可 靠 性8. 主 題 性 住 戶 統 計 調 查 的 結 果 受 抽 樣 誤差 和 非 抽 樣 誤 差 的 影 響 。 本 報 告 書 所 載 的 估 計是 根 據 一 個 特 定 樣 本 所 得 的 資 料 編 製 。 以 同 樣的 抽 樣 方 式 , 可 抽 選 出 許 多 大 小 相 同 的 可 能 樣本 , 而 是 項 統 計 調 查 的 樣 本 為 眾 多 樣 本 的 其 中之 一 。 由 於 每 次 抽 選 的 樣 本 都 會 略 有 不 同 , 因此 不 同 樣 本 得 出 的 估 計 亦 互 有 差 異 。「 抽 樣 誤差 」 正 是 計 算 這 些 差 異 的 統 計 量 數 , 可 用 以 量度 從 一 個 特 定 樣 本 所 得 的 估 計 , 在 估 算 總 體 數據 方 面 的 精 確 程 度 。9. 在 比 較 本 報 告 書 所 載 列 各 種 變 數 的 估計 的 精 確 程 度 時 , 可 採 用 離 中 系 數 。 離 中 系 數的 計 算 方 法 , 是 將 標 準 誤 差 除 以 有 關 估 計 , 再以 百 分 比 表 示 。 標 準 誤 差 是 根 據 統 計 原 理 所 訂的 公 式 計 算 。 一 般 來 說 , 標 準 誤 差 與 總 體 內 各元 素 的 變 異 、 樣 本 規 模 和 樣 本 設 計 相 關 。Reliability of the estimates8. Results of the THS are subject tosampling error and non-sampling error. Theestimates contained in this report were based oninformation obtained from a particular sample,which was one of a large number of possiblesamples that could be selected using the samesample design. By chance, estimates derivedfrom different samples would differ from eachother. The “sampling error” is a measure ofthese variations and is thus a measure of theprecision with which an estimate derived from aparticular sample would approximate thepopulation parameter to be measured.9. For comparing the precision of theestimates of various variables in this report, thecoefficient of variation (CV) can be used. CV isobtained by expressing the standard error (SE) asa percentage of the estimate to which it refers. Inturn, the SE is computed according to a formulawhich is established on the basis of statisticaltheory.
