Therefore it is clear that intermediate housing will besuitable for some households in need.The table below shows the estimated breakdown of additional affordable housing requirements bysize and type of housing per annum. However, from thesefigures it is important to deduct the supply of affordable housing. As with the previous analysis thishas been split by social rented and intermediate housing.PAGE 97
