EXECUTIVE SUMMARYEXECUTIVE SUMMARYContext of the StudyFordham Research were commissioned to carry out a Housing Needs Assessment for The City ofWestminster. The study was designed to assess the future requirements for both affordable andmarket housing. To do this the study drew on a number of sources of information.
