A three-bedroom home is the most common property size for olderperson only households. Given that previous information has shown that most older person onlyhouseholds are comprised of only one or two persons, this finding suggests that there could bepotential scope to free up larger units for younger families if the older households chose to moveinto suitable smaller units.PAGE 131
