4. Current Housing in the City of Westminster4.6 Transience of households in WestminsterThe table below indicates the length of time households have lived in Westminster. The dataindicates that some 63.2% of households in the City of Westminster have lived in Westminster formore than ten years, indicating that the majority of households see the City as a long-term place ofresidence. Of thosehouseholds that have moved home in the last two years, the majority (76.4%) have moved onlyonce. However there are some 4,389 households that have moved twice and an estimated 1,590households that have moved three or more times.
