Itis necessary to bear in mind that in some areas the number of sales in some cells of the table arequite small and the average price shown may be less reliable as a consequence. In all areas flats/maisonettes had the largest proportionof sales, with the Central area only recording sales of this property type. In Westminster as a wholesemi-detached properties were only sold in the North in this time period, and no detached propertieswere sold.
