The results of thisanalysis for each area are presented in the tables below.The data shows that there is a shortage of social rented homes and a surplus of private rentedhousing for all accommodation sizes in all of the three areas. All authorities also display a shortageof certain types of homes in the owner-occupied sector. <strong>Westminster</strong> has a shortage of two or morebedroom properties, Haringey has a shortage of smaller one and two bedroom properties, andBarnet has a shortage of one and four bedroom homes.PAGE 203
