Identify and assist with productdevelopment to increase regional business expenditure• To work with industry and communities to improve the quality of the visitorexperience in Northland, and enhance business profitability• To work in partnership with Maori to increase their involvement in tourismthroughout Northland• To promote the Twin Coast Discovery Highway concept to encourage agreater spread of visitors throughout the region• Encourage the adoption of sustainability principles and the quality deliveryof tourism experiences as per the Northland Visitor Strategy
