The recipients of the scholarshipshall be selected by the principal of Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatorywith the advice and consent of the president of Saint Mary’s College.William Randolph Hearst Endowed Scholarship FundAn endowed fund established by the William Randolph Hearst Foundation,the income of which is to be used for student financial aid.Alan B. Holloway Endowed Scholarship FundAn endowed scholarship fund established by the family and friends ofAlan B. Holloway in honor of his years as vice president for finance atSaint Mary’s College. The fund is to be used to assist deserving studentsat Saint Mary’s.Elmer and Ruth Homrighausen Endowed Scholarship FundAn endowed scholarship fund established by Dr. Richard Homrighausen,campus physician, in memory of his parents, to provide scholarships forneedy students to attend Saint Mary’s College.James Irvine Foundation Endowed Scholarship FundIncome from this endowed scholarship fund to be used annually toprovide two tuition scholarships.
