The proposed Master Plan allows low-intensity recreational use of TaylorMountain; it would not result in population growth or create pressure for new populationgrowth. Development of the Preserve would potentially create a very limited number of jobs,which would likely be filled by the local labor pool. The only extension of roads or otherinfrastructure would be the driveway accesses for the Preserve and provision of electricity tothe property. These improvements would not directly or indirectly induce population growth.b. Would the project displace substantial numbers of existing housing, necessitating theconstruction of replacement housing elsewhere?NO IMPACT. Implementation of the Master Plan would not result in the displacement of anyhousing, including affordable housing, nor would it necessitate the construction of replacementhousing.
