Mitigation measures have beenincorporated into the project to address potential air quality, geology, hydrology and noiseimpacts. These measures would ensure that impacts are less than significant.As described in Section B.3.4.2 (Biological Resources), the site contains potential habitat forseveral special-status wildlife species. Development of the proposed project would have thepotential to reduce habitat for these species. However, habitat protection standards andguidelines that are part of the Master Plan would reduce habitat impacts, and overall impactswould be marginal relative to the remaining habitat for these species in the project vicinity.As described in Section B.3.5 (Cultural Resources), the recorded cultural resources on theproperty are not within the areas of proposed development and guidelines have beenincorporated into the proposed project to minimize the impacts of any inadvertent discovery ofa cultural resource. Therefore, implementation of the Master Plan would not eliminateimportant examples of the major periods of California history or prehistory.b.
