Refer to Section 0 for more details. Configuration: This process is for determination of parameters for transaction among Host andDevices. First Host reads capabilities or properties from Configuration Register (CFG_REG) ofDevices, then determines the parameters for transaction, and finally writes the parameters to theregister. Refer to Section ‎0 and 6.2.9 for more details.If "Config Completion" flag defined in CFG_REG is set to 1 successfully during Configuration process,the state transits to Active State.Before completing Device Initialization it shall not operate and not transmit RES or broadcast CCMDwhen Device receives CMD other than DEVICE_INIT CCMD.3.4.2 <strong>UHS</strong>-<strong>II</strong> Initialization Flow with Boot Code LoadingIt is possible for Host to load its Boot Code from one of connected Device, called Boot Device. BootDevice is optional in embedded system. It is required for Host to read the Boot Code as soon aspossible.Needless to say, Boot Device and Host are possible to transmit or receive Boot Code. In addition,considering the Ring connection, all other Devices also have functionality to bypass Boot Code and itsrelated packets.In this Section, the specification of loading Boot Code is described when the system includes BootDevice. This function is called "Boot Code Loading". Figure 3-12 shows <strong>UHS</strong>-<strong>II</strong> Initialization flow whenBoot Code Loading is executed.12
