After setting "Config Completion" to 1, Host issuesGO_DORMANT_STATE in order to enable "Selected Transmission Speed Range". Afterwards, itprovides RCLK to do PHY Initialization again. Note that frequency of RCLK may be changed duringDormant state only. At the end of PHY Initialization, DLSM transits to Active State where higher speedrange is available because "Config Completion" has been already set to 1.6.2.4 Transition to Dormant State6.2.4.1 GeneralWhen Device receives GO_DORMANT_STATE CCMD, it makes its DLSM transit to Dormant state forinterface power saving. During Dormant state, state machines defined in Chapter 6 get back to theinitial state. On the other hand, all registers defined in Chapter 6 are kept and some Settings Registersin CFG_REG are reflected by transiting to Dormant state (refer to Section 6.2.9.2).56
